HELLO, HONEY — Hannah Tucker (center) and Jamie Zimmerman, both with Bee Haven Apiaries, visited with a resident at The Arbors and gave her a sample of their honey during a special event Friday afternoon at the facility. Ms. Zimmerman is also a speech pathologist with Adoration Home Health, which serves patients there. The day had a "bee" theme for The Arbors and The Etheridge House, from staff and residents’ dress and headgear to yellow and black refreshments and table decorations. Ms. Tucker and Ms. Zimmerman showed an enclosed honey comb with worker bees, as well as a beekeeper's suit, as they shared a little bit about the honey business and offered samples.
